Desenvolvemos a nova imagem da Employer Branding Conference 2025, o maior encontro de Employer Branding em Portugal, realizado este ano na Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) – uma das mais inovadoras escolas de negócios da Europa, reconhecida pelo seu ambiente aberto, colaborativo e inspirador.

Sob o tema "Grow Bolder", esta edição desafiou empresas e profissionais a ousar mais, crescer com confiança e inovar na forma como atraem e envolvem talento. O rebranding reflete este espírito audaz, com uma identidade visual que transmite evolução, energia e transformação.

O projeto envolveu rebranding, copywriting, design gráfico para múltiplos suportes, layouts para redes sociais, motion graphics (vídeos introdutórios e transições entre speakers), merchandising e a decoração do espaço.

A Employer Branding Conference 2025 destacou-se pela apresentação de case studies e debates com especialistas, promovendo a partilha de conhecimento e novas perspetivas sobre o futuro do talento em Portugal.

We developed the new branding for the Employer Branding Conference 2025, the largest Employer Branding event in Portugal, held this year at the Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) – one of the most innovative business schools in Europe, known for its open, collaborative, and inspiring environment.

Under the theme "Grow Bolder", this edition challenged companies and professionals to dare more, grow with confidence, and innovate in how they attract and engage talent. The rebranding reflects this bold spirit, with a visual identity that expresses growth, energy, and transformation.

The project included rebranding, copywriting, graphic design for multiple formats, social media layouts, motion graphics (introductory videos and speaker transitions), merchandising, and event space decoration.

The Employer Branding Conference 2025 stood out for its case studies and expert debates, fostering knowledge sharing and new perspectives on the future of talent in Portugal.
